We've built a small but mighty team of 5 employees across Sales and Service, and now we are looking to grow. We have both English and Spanish speakers and are proudly located in Conroe, TX.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Matt Springer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
