"After having a very negative experience with a different home insurance company, we were desperate for good coverage from a company that wouldn't cheat us or leave us stranded. We knew someone who had a very positive experience from this agency, and now I can say I've had similarly good experience. Trinity took the time to review coverage with me and even stay late on a Friday to set up my policies. She made it a very pleasant experience and didn't make me feel rushed when I wanted to know more about different policy aspects. Very professional and customer focused. I am very impressed! Hoping we never have to issue a claim to see how that side of the house operates. :)"

"Don at Matt Springer State Farm was so informative and helpful! He went through every catagory on my home and auto policy and fully explained what each catagory covered and did not cover. I work non business hours and Don went above and beyond working after his normal work day to get information to me and assist in getting my policies created! We received several quotes from other companies, but decided on this agency because of the great customer service and great prices! I am now saving over 1k per year for more coverage than on my prior home owners policy with another carrier. Don and his staff were all very helpful and efficient!"

"I had trouble accessing Roadside Assistance. The link was not linking, and several attempts to get transferred over to them was not working. I called Matt's office for the forth or fifth time, and Shanae answered again. This time she wanted Lou to get involved. Lou called with me to ensure I got through to an agent. While we called I thought I saw the link possibly start up so I tried to access it which knocked me off the call with Lou. Calling back to Matt's Shanae reassured me Lou was still on waiting for an agent, and Shanae said Lou was adamant she was going to maintain the call until she got someone. When she did get an agent at Roadside Assistance she merged me in, and excused herself. I was able to exchange information with Roadside Assistance to successfully get help within 30 minutes. I was grateful to Lou, and impressed she made my problem her problem. Lou, and Shanae got me back on the road just as much as Roadside Assistance did!"
